SHAWN LEE
Shawn is the Director of Loan Experts and a co-founder of The I Quadrant, where he focuses on property investment education and assists members in planning their investment portfolios. The Loan Experts team supports him by offering mortgage advisory and turnkey services for his clients, ensuring a comprehensive approach to their investment needs.
IVAN CAI
Ivan is the advisor behind Loan Experts, serving as a co-founder of The I Quadrant and a successful property investor. He plays a crucial role behind the scenes, providing valuable insights on complex cases to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
YONG HUI FANG
Hui Fang is the Systems creator behind Loan Experts, to enable her team to give loan advisory in a systematic manner. Through speaking to clients and understanding their needs, she developed and refined the loan calculators in this website, and created a Loan Recommendation System to help more people make more well-informed decisions in their mortgage loans. She worked in the engineering industry for more than 12 years. She accelerated her financial independence via the use of leverage in her investments, enabling her to leave her job to pursue her personal interests. In Loan Experts, her vision is to empower people to take charge of their financial position, and mortgage loan is usually one of the biggest pie in a Singaporean’s wealth structure.
JENITA SY-TABIN
Jenita is a full-time assistant to Hui Fang, supporting her in handling general inquiries on the Loan Experts business line. Prior to joining Loan Experts, she held the position of Branch Operations Head at a bank, where she managed daily operations. In her current role, she is also responsible for ensuring that the Loan Experts systems are updated with the latest daily SORA rates and loan packages from all of our banking partners.

LENNON YEONG
Lennon is a sales associate at a law firm, where he has managed the legal services for numerous clients. He joined Loan Experts to serve as one of our mortgage advisory consultants. With his previous experience as a mortgage specialist at a bank, he is well-equipped to bring significant value to our team and clients.
GRAYSON LIM
Grayson is an engineer who aspires to achieve financial independence by acquiring new skills to provide mortgage advisory services to clients. Hui Fang recognizes a reflection of her former self in him and chose to onboard him as a consultant to support him in reaching his goal. She believes that engineers possess a unique ability to systematically process and convey information, making them well-suited to assist our clients effectively.
JERRY LIEW
Jerry is a financial advisor who often receives inquiries about mortgage loans. After an occasional discussion with Hui Fang, he decided to join the team as a mortgage advisory consultant. By doing so, he aims to leverage the Loan Experts Recommender System to provide enhanced advice to both his existing clients and those of Loan Experts.
YUNN
Yunn is a serial property investor with a wealth of experience in the banking industry, particularly in mortgage loans. She brings a deep understanding of both property investment strategies and financing options.
